"Really solid puzzle, in my opinion"
I ordered a puzzle from bitsandpieces.com, i was happy with it. I’m kind of picky about puzzle quality because I can’t stand flimsy pieces, but these felt sturdy and snapped together nicely. Shipping was totally fine too, nothing to complain about. Based on this one, I’d definitely order from them again

So yeah, my order showed up missing a piece, which was frustrating because who wants to deal with that after waiting for something to arrive? I was ready to be irritated about the whole thing. But I emailed them, and to their credit, they replied fast and didn’t make me jump through a million hoops. They just sorted it out and sent the replacement. Mistakes happen, I get it, but it’s how a company fixes them that matters. They handled it well, so I’d order from them again

My item ended up being on backorder, but they told me right away and kept me in the loop the whole time. I appreciated not having to chase anyone for updates, and it made it easy to plan around the delay. Overall, it wasn’t a big deal and I’m happy with how they handled it...

I ordered a puzzle from Bits and Pieces and immediately had that “oh no, I picked the wrong one” moment when I realized my mistake. Totally on me, but I was still kind of bracing for the return to be annoying.
Turns out it was actually really simple. The return instructions were clear, and when I had a quick question, they got back to me faster than I expected. I mailed it back and the refund popped up quickly too.
i was relieved. It could’ve been a whole headache, but it wasn’t at all. I’d definitely order from them again since they handled the return without making it a big deal.

"Replacement was easy"
One of the items I ordered showed up with a small issue, so I reached out to bitsandpieces.com. I can’t remember if I emailed them that afternoon or the next morning, but either way they got back to me fast. They sent out a replacement without making it into some big process, and when it arrived a few days later, or maybe by the end of that same week, I’m mixing up the timing, it was in great shape. Overall, I was really happy with how they handled it.

"Glad I Went With This Puzzle Board"
I’ve ordered from bitsandpieces.com a few times, i feel like I was right to give their puzzle board a try. I use it a lot and move it around the house more than I probably should, but it’s still in really good shape. No warping, no loose corners, nothing annoying like that. It feels sturdy and a bit better made than I expected, so I don’t feel bad about spending the money on it. Happy with this one.

I had a decent experience using the site. Like I said, it was easy enough to shop around, and I found the puzzles and gift stuff without getting frustrated. Checkout was simple too, which I always appreciate. I’m giving it 4 stars because a few pages loaded slower than I expected, and the filters could be a little more helpful. But like I said, overall it was fine, and I’d probably use it again.

"Shipping was a little pricey"
My order showed up just fine and everything I got was good, so no complaints there. The only thing is the shipping cost was higher than I was expecting. Overall it was still a decent experience, I just wish delivery was a bit cheaper.

My order showed up in great shape, it kind of confirmed what I already figured about them paying attention to the little details. The box had plenty of padding, nothing was shifting around, and none of the fragile pieces were crushed or damaged. I was a bit nervous when I ordered, but everything arrived perfectly fine. Always nice when a company proves your good feeling about them right.

"Lots of puzzles without the salesy nonsense"
I keep coming back because they have a way bigger puzzle selection than most places I’ve looked. Birds, cottages, odd-shaped ones, holiday puzzles, all that stuff. I don’t really care for the polished company talk, but the actual choices are good. It’s easy to find something my mom would like, and I can still grab a harder one for myself.

Support did help me out in the end, but like i said, it took longer than I expected. They were nice and got the issue sorted, just wish the response time had been a bit quicker. Like i said, helpful overall, just kinda slow.

Well... I ordered a puzzle from Bits and Pieces, and the product page ended up being spot on. The size, piece count, and image all matched what actually arrived.
I was a little unsure if the colors would look different in person, but they looked just like the photos online. Nothing felt misleading, and there weren’t any odd surprises.
Overall, I’m happy with it. It’s always nice when something shows up exactly the way the description says it will.

"Pretty solid for the price"
Well... I grabbed a few puzzles and little gifts from here, i was happy with them. The prices were reasonable, and the quality was better than I expected. Shipping did take a little longer than I hoped, but overall it was a good buy.

I’ll admit I was kind of expecting some annoying surprise fee to show up, but the payment went through without any drama. The total was exactly what I saw at checkout, which shouldn’t feel impressive, but it kind of does these days.

"I get the Bits and Pieces catalog..."
I get the Bits and Pieces catalog regularly, maybe even a little too often, but I still enjoy flipping through it when it shows up. There’s always some fun puzzle or little gift idea that catches my eye. My only wish is that some of the ordering details or product instructions were a bit clearer, since I like knowing exactly what I’m getting before I decide to buy.
